Lydia has been involved with the therapeutic powers of energy healing most of her life. She was raised in a family that believed in and utilized the alternative medical therapies of Homeopathy to treat everything from warts to the flu. Spending many years in the world of animal rescue enabled her to appreciate how something as simple as the right Bach Flower remedy could change an animals behavior and ultimately their future outcome.
Assisting people and animals to regain their emotional footing and repair the connection to their higher self, whether it is with Reiki, the use of Bach remedies, or both, continues to be a richly rewarding experience for her and her clients.
